Dear students,
Now that you've read several chapters of the novel Like Water For Chocolate, your assignment is to make a video of yourself or someone in your family cooking food that you grew up eating. Just like the narrator in the book, you will weave together your family's stories with recipes.
To help you see what I mean, I filmed myself cooking one of my grandmother's recipes that I used to help her make when I was little.
Have fun with this project! I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!
